Colleen has over 18 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on talent management and consultant care. Colleen has held leadership positions at several staffing companies, including [Artech Information Systems](/org/artechinfo), ASTD, Challenge Training & Consulting, and Alternative Resources Corporation. Colleen is a minority and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) certified professional with a deep understanding of the staffing industry.

Colleen McCarten graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with a Bachelors in Finance and Information Systems. Colleen then went on to earn their Master's Certificate in Applied Project Management from [Villanova University](/org/villanova-university).

Michael Lonergan is a board member at [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting), a previous company they also worked for. Michael has also worked for YPO, Seminole Marine Group: Sailfish Boats, SouthWind Boats, [Farm Burger](/org/farm-burger), TeamOne Logistics, LLC, Your Pie, Georgia Oak Partners, and Strategic Value Partners. Michael was vice president at Strategic Value Partners from January 2007 to December 2010 and was responsible for leading the diligence efforts on the review of control buyout transactions and sourcing and evaluating credit investments for SVP’s “loan to own” strategy. Prior to that, they were an associate at [Sun Capital Partners](/org/sun-capital-partners) from April 2005 to September 2007 where they evaluated and facilitated numerous turnaround control buyout investments with the completion of deals from Spartanburg, SC to Lyon, France.

Andrew Wileman is a board member at [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting) and a strategy advisor with over 25 years of experience. Andrew has previously worked with Bourne Leisure Ltd, Travis Perkins plc, [Amadeus](/org/amadeus), and OC&C Strategy Consultants. In 1984, they founded their own company, Wileman Associates, where they have served as owner, director, and lead consultant.

Swati Bhatnagar is the Vice President of Consulting Services at [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting). Swati has over 10 years of experience in the engineering and recruiting industry. 

Swati started their career as an Engineering Consultant at Kelly Engineering Resources. Swati then transitioned into recruiting and became a Senior Technical Recruiter with Experis. While with Experis, they worked with some of the leading IT organizations in the Washington area. In 2012, they left Experis to become a VIP consultant with 501 Commons. 

In their current role as VP of Consulting Services at [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting), Swati is responsible for leading a team of consultants that provide support to Aditi's clients in the areas of management consulting, technology consulting, and outsourcing services.

Swati Bhatnagar has a Masters in Human Resource Management from the [University of Melbourne](/org/university-of-melbourne), a Grad dip in Businuss administration - Finance from [La Trobe University](/org/la-trobe-university), and a B.E in Computer Engineering from Cummins College of Engineering.

Britni Sehgal is the VP of Marketing at [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting). Britni has over 10 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, and communication. 

Britni started their career as a marketing coordinator at a small agency. Britni then took on a role as a sales enablement coordinator at a large tech company. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and campaigns. Britni also oversaw the creation of digital and print communications. 

In their current role as VP of Marketing at [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting), they are responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive marketing strategy. This includes establishing strong partnerships with core cross functional teams, overseeing the creation of communications, and managing budgets and important partnerships.

Britni Sehgal received their MA in International Journalism from [City, University of London](/org/city-university-of-london) and their BA in Communications from [DePaul University](/org/depaul-university). Britni also spent time as a visiting student in the Journalism and Theirtory program at the University of Sheffield.

Kunal Gill is the SVP of Strategic Partnerships at [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting). Kunal has over seven years of experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on IT and technical positions. 

Gill began their career in 2008 as an Operations Manager for Microsoft’s US & Canada Contractor Hub Programs. In this role, they were responsible for the management of 20+ resources across the US and Canada, focusing on overall professional development and successful tactical execution. Kunal also oversaw the program’s compliance with Microsoft’s guidelines and regulations. 

In 2015, Gill helped implement the US Contractor Hub Program successfully. Kunal also won the Microsoft Brand Awareness Award that year. For four consecutive years, they surpassed Microsoft’s Diversity Spend goal of 50% or more of its total spend with diversity suppliers. 

Gill joined [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting) in 2016 and has since been instrumental in developing Aditi’s partnerships with major corporations. Kunal has successfully negotiated contracts with companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Google.

Digvijay Parmar is currently the VP of Engineering at [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting). Prior to this, they were the Director at HARMAN International and the Associate Vice President at [Symphony Teleca](/org/symphony-teleca). 

Parmar has extensive experience in account management, business development, and customer relations. At HARMAN International, they worked closely with customer and engineering teams to manage expectations and resolve conflicts. Digvijay also conducted architectural reviews and resolved critical performance issues. 

At [Symphony Teleca](/org/symphony-teleca), Parmar was responsible for delivery, account management, and business development for West Coast customers. Digvijay successfully led MSA, NDA, and Contract negotiations with customers and legal teams. Digvijay also helped teams successfully deliver Real-time Fraud Analytics/Detection (Data Sciences) and Carrier Plans applications for Telecom customers.

Pradeep Singh is the founder and chairman of [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting). Pradeep has over 25 years of experience in the software industry and has held various leadership positions at Microsoft, Aditi, and [Talisma](/org/talisma).

Pradeep Singh founded [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting) in 1994 and served as its executive chairman until December 2014. Prior to that, they were the general manager at Microsoft from January 1986 to July 1994. Pradeep also served as the CEO of [Talisma](/org/talisma) from January 1998 to June 2003.

Under Pradeep Singh's leadership, [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting) has become one of the leading providers of software development and consulting services in India. The company has over 3,000 employees and has offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi.

Paul has also served as the CEO of Solving IT from March 2015 to October 2018 and the CEO of FiveTen Group from April 2008 to January 2015. Meghna Nehra is currently the SVP of Client Services at [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting). Meghna has over 20 years of experience in operations and human resources management. Meghna started their career in 1996 as a customer service manager at Punwire Mobile Communications Ltd. Meghna then moved to Tata Business Solutions in 2003 as an operations manager. In 2007, they joined Cognitim Inc as the human resources manager. Meghna has also worked as a senior technical recruiter at Eureka Technocrats Inc. and as an operations manager at [Hutch](/org/hutch).

Meghna Nehra completed a B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from [Fergusson College](/org/fergusson-college). Meghna then went on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Pradeep Rathinam is a board member at [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting) and the founder and former CEO of AnswerIQ. Pradeep has also served as senior vice president and general manager at HARMAN International, president of TiE Seattle, and president and CEO of Aditi Technologies. Prior to these positions, Rathinam worked for Microsoft for 12 years, starting as a regional sales manager at Tata Unisys and eventually becoming a general manager at Microsoft US ISV.

Kevin Adams is the current Chief Financial Officer at [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting). Kevin has over fifteen years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Kevin began their career at Washington Mutual, Inc. in 2006 as a Lead Internal Controls Analyst. Kevin then moved to [Volt Information Sciences](/org/volt-workforce-solutions) in 2009 and served as their Director of Accounting until 2015. Kevin has been with [Aditi Consulting](/org/aditi-consulting) since 2015 and has served as their CFO since 2018.

Kevin Adams has a BS in Accounting from [Portland State University](/org/portland-state-university) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
