Ramesh Narayanaswamy

Ramesh Narayanaswamy serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Aditya Birla Capital since December 2022, leading the formation of a technology team focused on engineering innovation to address business challenges across various sectors including lending and insurance. Prior experience includes roles such as Regional Director Asia at HPS, and previous tenures as Chief Technology Officer at Aditya Birla Capital, Founder Director at RNASYS Pte Ltd, and Group Chief Information and Operations Officer at CIMB. Ramesh's extensive background in technology management also includes positions at Singapore Post Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank, AIT Software Services Pte Ltd, IBM, and Citibank, where responsibilities encompassed technology strategy, project delivery, and operations enhancement. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Technology from Politecnico di Torino, Ramesh has an MBA in Strategic Management from Nanyang Technological University and a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
