Soumyadipta Kundu

Soumyadipta Kundu is an experienced professional in the field of training and management with a diverse background spanning various sectors. Currently serving as the Zonal Training Manager - East at Aditya Birla Capital since March 2024, Soumyadipta oversees the training function for the Bancassurance HDFC Bank channel across 12 states in Eastern and North Eastern India. Prior roles include Zonal Training Head for the Customer Advisory Team at Max Life Insurance Company Limited and Zonal Manager for Learning & Organizational Development at Jana Small Finance Bank. With a career beginning in sales and management at companies such as ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Soumyadipta has developed expertise in training interventions and leadership development. Educational qualifications include an MTech in Applied Geology from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) and an MBA in Marketing from ITM Group of Institutions.
