Capt. Sidharth Chaudhry

Capt. Sidharth Chaudhry has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Capt. Sidharth began their career with sailing experience from 1996 to 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Marine Consultant at Maritech Commercial Pvt. Ltd, where they provided consultancy services on various marine matters including bunkering, port operations, and damage investigations.

From 2013 to 2015, Capt. Chaudhry served as Head of Shipping Operations at Tata Steel Limited, where they managed end-to-end operations for shipping activities in the UK and Europe. Capt. Sidharth implemented strategies to maximize value and minimize risk exposure, while also focusing on cost-effective measures and environmental performance.

In 2015, Capt. Chaudhry joined Swiss Singapore Overseas Enterprises Pte. Ltd. as General Manager Shipping. Capt. Sidharth was responsible for developing the ship-owning division, including acquisition of shipping assets, technical management, and establishing a business and financial model. Capt. Sidharth also built a high-performing team to effectively manage the vessels.
