Sudhir Vogety

Sudhir Vogety has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Sudhir is currently serving as the Deputy General Manager - HR at SWISS SINGAPORE OVERSEAS ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. since January 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at the company and also served as Deputy General Manager.

Before joining SWISS SINGAPORE OVERSEAS ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD., Sudhir worked at Smollan for five years from 2015 to 2019, holding the role of Regional HR Manager - Gulf.

Sudhir gained significant experience in HR Operations and management during their tenure at Hindustan Field Services Pvt Ltd (Smollan Group), where they served as an HR Manager. Their responsibilities included managing HR operations for three business channels with approximately 6500 employees. Sudhir also partnered with various functional and business heads to drive HR initiatives.

Prior to that, they worked as an Executive at MIRC Electronics Ltd. (ONIDA) from 2006 to 2008.

Sudhir Vogety's expertise lies in HR management and operations, with a focus on driving HR initiatives and partnering with business leaders for organizational success.

Sudhir Vogety earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Development & Research from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Ramjas College. Lastly, from 1998 to 2000, they attended A.E.S.Sr. Sec School in New Delhi where they completed their HSC in Physical Sciences.
