Abhishek Rathod

Abhishek Rathod has accumulated significant experience in the field of Human Resources and Industrial Relations, currently holding the position of HR - IR at Aditya Birla Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Abhishek served as HR & Admin Officer at CPF (India) Private Limited in Gujarat from November 2018 to September 2022 and worked as an HR/IR Executive at Reliance Industries Limited for a brief period in 2018. Abhishek holds a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from N.S Patel Arts College, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from the same institution, completed from 2013 to 2016. Early education was completed at St. Xavier's High School, Khambhat, between 2010 and 2012.
