Boby Paul

Boby Paul currently serves as Manager of the Group Sustainability Cell at Aditya Birla Group, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Consultant at Stirrup Communication Consultants from May 2021 to March 2024, where Boby focused on driving business growth through new opportunities and partnerships while leading and mentoring teams. Boby has held various positions within Stirrup, including Consultant and Associate Consultant, emphasizing client relations and project management. Boby began the career as a Sales Engineer at Aria Fresca System and gained experience through internships at DQS Inc. and 21 Century Polymers. Boby holds an MBA in Energy and Environment from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal Institute of Science and Technology.
