Gautam Sinha

Gautam Sinha has over two decades of work experience in a variety of HR roles. Gautam most recently served as Head of HR - Birla Paints at Aditya Birla Group since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Performance, Rewards & Talent Staffing at UltraTech Cement from October 2019 to April 2021. From February 2016 to October 2019, they held the position of Chief People Officer at Century Textiles and Industries Ltd - Cement Division. Gautam also has extensive experience at Aditya Birla Group, where they served as Vice President of Group Human Resources from April 2005 to February 2016. Before that, they worked in various HR roles at United Phosphorus Ltd from July 2001 to March 2005 and at 123India.com from June 2000 to July 2001.

Gautam Sinha completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, graduating in 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Laws (MLL) degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. In terms of additional certifications, Gautam Sinha obtained a certification in Practicing Positive Leadership from the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education in 2023.
