Pradnya Arun C

Pradnya Arun C has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Pradnya started their career as a Script/Content Writer for Training at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, where they identified training needs, designed and expanded training programs. Pradnya then moved on to HCL Technologies, where they worked as an Executive in the Training Team, implementing higher education programs and creating brand building strategies. At Accenture, they worked as an Analyst in Talent and Organisation Performance, developing application training and participating in curriculum design. Their next role was at Reliance as a Manager in Corporate Learning & Development, where they strategized and formed an Instructional Designing team and implemented a revolutionary learning environment. Most recently, they worked as the Program Director - Learning Technologies at Aditya Birla Group.

Pradnya Arun C completed their education history as follows:

- In 2005-2008, they earned a BMS degree in Management Studies from St. Xavier's College.

- From 2003-2005, they attended R A Podar College and obtained an HSC degree in Commerce.

- From 1998-2003, they studied at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where they completed their SSC education in Senior Secondary School.

- Pradnya also pursued a post-graduation in Business Management at the University of Mumbai.
