Shefali Kohli

Shefali Kohli currently serves as the CHRO for Chemicals, Filament Yarn & Insulators at Aditya Birla Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kohli was the Group Head of Strategic Rewards and People Processes at Godrej Group from October 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included shaping global HR practices and defining the Corporate HQ's governance role. Earlier experience includes roles at UltraTech Cement, where Kohli re-engineered HR processes and centralized payroll, and various positions at Aditya Birla Group, including Head of Executive Compensation. Kohli's career also includes management positions in HR at Mindteck, Equant, and Electrolux.
