Shrikant Gore

Shrikant Gore has held several positions in human resources throughout their career. Shrikant started as Manager - HR at Voltas Ltd in 2005, and later became Head - HR & Adm at Asahi India Glass Limited in 2008. In 2010, they joined Dow Chemical as an HR Leader until 2015 when they moved to Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., where they served as the Head HR. Most recently, they have been working as the Vice President Human Resources at Aditya Birla Group since 2021.
