Vijay Gole

Vijay Gole has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Vijay started their career at Citigroup Global Services where they worked as a Manager in HR Generalist roles for four years. Vijay then joined IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Ltd. as a Senior Manager in HR, where they focused on recruitment, compensation, training, and HR operations. After that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Anand Rathi Shares and Stock Brokers Ltd, where they supported the Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Anand Rathi Securities businesses. Vijay then moved on to Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd, where they served as an HR Business Partner, engaging with top leadership and managing HR services for the Aditya Birla Group. Vijay later joined UltraTech Cement as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring, and Employer Branding, where they developed hiring strategies and strengthened the employer brand. Most recently, Vijay worked at Birla White as the Head of HR for Sales & Marketing, focusing on workforce engagement, productivity measures, and top team effectiveness. Vijay is currently the Head of HR and General Administration at Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital.

Vijay Gole holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS). Vijay also earned a GNIIT degree in System Management from NIIT Training Centre. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with a major in Chemistry from Wilson College. In the future, they plan to pursue a certification in Organizational Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, specializing in Organizational Behavior Studies.
