Plinio Andrés Herrera Quiñones has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. Plinio Andrés currently holds the position of Head of Organizational Development at Adium since July 2022. In this role, they manage the strategies and processes of organizational development, evaluates the needs of different units, and leads the design, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and strategies to meet the objectives of the organization.

Plinio Andrés held multiple positions during their tenure, including Jefe de Formación y Desarrollo, where they were responsible for increasing organizational capabilities and developing alternative learning methods to engage the entire organization during the COVID pandemic. Plinio Andrés also served as Jefe de Formación Nacional, overseeing learning programs for 4000 individuals and implementing learning management systems and models.

Before joining Seguros Bolívar S.A., Plinio worked at Compensar from 2012 to 2016. Plinio Andrés served as Coordinador Universidad Corporativa, managing learning programs for 8000 people and implementing leadership models and cultural spaces. Plinio's earlier work experience includes serving as Director de Gestión Humana at TECFINSA SL from 2007 to 2012. Plinio Andrés also developed strategies to establish and strengthen organizational culture and measure employee satisfaction.

Plinio Andrés Herrera Quiñones has a diverse education history that includes obtaining various degrees and certifications. Plinio Andrés started their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Santo Tomás in 2003. In 2004, they pursued further studies in the field of Human Talent Management by completing a Diploma in Human Talent Management at Universidad de La Sabana.
