Richard Azera

Richard Azera is a Senior Associate at Adizes Institute. Richard has over 12 years of experience working with family businesses and large corporations in France, Mexico, The United States and Belarus. Richard has a proven track record of success in turning around companies and generating positive results. Prior to joining Adizes Institute, they were the CEO of Copy2000, where they stabilized the franchise network and sold the company to Group Leva. Richard also served as the President of ESCALE Investments from 2009 to 2017.

Richard Azera has a Certified Senior Associate from the Adizes Institute, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business & Marketing from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanics/ Automation from the ENSMM.
