Lusine Parsamyan

Lusine Parsamyan, MBA has extensive experience in HR management, currently serving as the Deputy Head of HR department and People Partner at adjarabet.am. Prior to their current role, Lusine held the position of Head of People and Culture Department/HR Manager at SEF International UCO. Lusine is responsible for maintaining work structure, organizing recruitment and evaluation processes, updating salary and benefit systems, managing HR documentation, and leading HR teams. Lusine holds a Bachelor and Master of Geography from Yerevan State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the American University of Armenia.
