Baia Gelashvili started their work experience in 2019 as an Assistant in the Financial Audit Department at Kudos Georgia. Baia then progressed to the role of Junior Auditor from October 2020 to April 2021. After that, they served as a Financial Auditor from April 2021 to May 2021. Currently, they are working as a Financial Analyst at adjarabet.com from May 2021 onwards.
Baia Gelashvili completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics from Tbilisi State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at Ilia State University from 2019 to 2021.
