David Kvatadze has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. David is currently employed as the Head of Security Operation Center at adjarabet.com. Prior to this, they worked as the OWASP Tbilisi Chapter Leader at the OWASP Foundation from 2019 to 2022. David also served as the Head of Cyber Security Department at LEPL Digital Governance Agency from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Visiting Lecturer at The University of Georgia (Tbilisi) from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they held various positions at Data Exchange Agency, including Head of CERT-GOV-GE from 2014 to 2020 and Senior Cyber Security Analyst from 2011 to 2014. David also worked at Georgian Research and Educational Networking Association (GRENA) as the Computer Emergency Response Team Manager CERT.ge from 2007 to 2011 and as a Network Engineer from 2005 to 2011.
