Keti Phagava

Keti Phagava has a diverse work experience in various roles within the design industry. Keti is currently working as a Lecturer at the Tbilisi School of Communication since September 2022. Prior to that, Keti worked as the Lead Product Designer at adjarabet.com from April 2021. Their responsibilities included managing design teams, analyzing customer and business needs, and ensuring effective communication with the research team. Keti also worked as a UX/UI Designer at PAYZE (YC S21), a Georgian startup focusing on online payments, where they helped establish a design culture and processes. Keti has also worked at TBC Bank as a UX/UI Designer and User Experience Designer, where they were responsible for experience design of the Merchant Hub payment platform. Before that, they worked as a UI/UX Designer at adjarabet.com in their marketing department, where they successfully launched multiple gambling campaigns. Keti's earliest work experience was as a Junior Business Analyst at Georgian Water & Power LTD, GWP.

Keti Phagava completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the Free University of Tbilisi, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2016 to 2020. Keti then pursued additional certifications in UX Research and Design, obtaining a certification in Ux design from the Tbilisi School of Communication in June 2020. Keti also completed various certifications from reputable institutions such as the Nielsen Norman Group and The Interaction Design Foundation. These certifications include UX Management (obtained in December 2021), UX Research (obtained in September 2021), Conducting Usability Testing (obtained in January 2021), User Research – Methods and Best Practices (obtained in January 2021), Service design (obtained in December 2020), and Mobile User Experience Design (obtained in January 2020).
