Nino Kiknavelidze

Nino Kiknavelidze, SPHRi™, MBA, currently serves as the Deputy People Director and Head of the People Experience Department at adjarabet.com | aPeople since July 2022, and also holds positions as a Guest Lecturer at BTU - Business and Technology University and Co-Founder at JEDI - Employer Branding Agency. With extensive experience in human resources, Nino has previously worked as an HR Business Partner at TBC Bank, where responsibilities included aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering employee efficiency, and conducting comprehensive training and development programs. Nino also has a background in recruitment and HR management from the Regional Healthcare Center. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the Free University of Tbilisi, obtained between 2019 and 2021.
