Otto Saldadze has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Field Interviewer for Psychoproject until 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Retail Assistant at 17 kvadrati. From 2018 to 2020, they held positions as a Junior Researcher Fellow and later as a Junior Researcher at The Caucasus Research Resource Centers. In 2019, they also worked as a Qualitative Researcher for the H2020 Project CHIEF. In 2020, they became a Researcher at the Rural Sociologists' Club and remained in this role until 2022. Alongside their work, they co-founded Nari Ceramic Studio in 2022. Currently, in 2022, they are employed as a Research Analyst at adjarabet.com.
Otto Saldadze completed their education at Tbilisi State University. From 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Following that, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology, which they completed from 2017 to 2019.
