Shota Kuridze

Shota Kuridze has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Shota started their career as an Intern IT Support at EVEX Medical Corporation in October 2017, where they provided IT support to the organization. In February 2018, they moved on to work as a Call Center Operator/Troubleshooter at Micronet, where they handled customer calls and troubleshooted technical issues. Later that year, they joined Georgian Card JSC as a Monitoring Specialist, responsible for monitoring and maintaining systems.

Since 2018, Shota has been working at adjarabet.com. Shota started as an IT Monitoring Officer, where they analyzed and reported on incidents and bugs on the production environment. Shota also provided functional status checks for newly deployed products and collaborated with different teams to identify root causes of problems. In September 2020, they transitioned to the role of Network and Service Ops Admin, taking on responsibilities such as monitoring the network and server infrastructure, developing alerts, and performing health checks for production servers. Throughout their roles, Shota utilized various tools and technologies to ensure effective problem diagnosis and resolution.

Shota Kuridze completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Caucasus University from 2015 to 2019.
