Sopio Lezhava has a range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, Sopio is working as a Mentor at the Academy of Digital Industries. In this role, they provide guidance and support to students.

Prior to this, Sopio held various positions at PMI Tbilisi, Georgia Chapter, starting as a Volunteer in January 2019. They later served as the Director of Communication, Social Media, and Marketing from May 2022. Additionally, Sopio briefly served as a Nomination Committee member in February 2021.

Before joining IRAO, Sopio worked as a Retail Sales Manager, where they excelled in identifying potential clients, delivering persuasive presentations, resolving conflicts, and preparing insurance documents.
