Yumi Tachiyama

Yumi Tachiyama is an experienced HR and operations professional with a strong background in people operations across various regions, including Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Currently serving as a People Operations Partner at Adjust since October 2021, Yumi is responsible for HR operations, project execution, and team building. Prior roles include Junior People Operations Manager and Office Manager at IAR Systems, where Yumi managed multiple administrative functions across APAC offices. Yumi's extensive experience also includes significant positions at SMS group GmbH, Unilever, Japan Asia Land Limited, and Suntory Holdings Limited, showcasing expertise in administration, HR management, and international project coordination. Yumi's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from Doshisha Women's College of Liberal Arts.
