Jeffrey Phillips has a diverse work experience in the field of risk management and safety. Jeffrey started their career as a Safety Intern at F.E. Moran Mechanical Services in 2003, followed by a role as a Safety Intern at Power Construction in 2004. In 2005, they became a Field Safety Representative at Area Erectors Inc, where they worked until 2011. During this time, they also worked as a Safety Consultant at Assurance Agency for a brief period from March 2011 to May 2011. In May 2011, they joined Adjustable Concrete Construction as the Director of Safety and later became the Vice President of Risk Management in December 2014, a position they currently hold.
Jeffrey Phillips obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology - Occupational Safety from Iowa State University, which they attended from 2000 to 2005. In addition, they have obtained certifications including CRIS from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI), Associate Safety Professional from the BCSP Foundation (obtained in July 2011), and Construction Safety and Health Technician, also from the BCSP Foundation (obtained in March 2007).
