Shangda Guo

Shangda Guo has over 10 years of work experience in Human Resources. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Human Resources for Adlai Nortye USA Inc. Prior to this, they were the Associate Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist for Klus Pharma Inc. from 2015-2021. From 2013-2015, they were the Senior Account Executive and Team Leader for Recruiting at Ajulia Executive Search. Shangda was the Human Resources Assistant Intern at Consumer Brands Association from 2012-2013 and the China Program Intern at International Labor Rights Forum from 2011-2012. Additionally, they were the Human Resource Intern at Beijing Hyundai Motor Company Corporation from 2009-2011.

Shangda Guo obtained a MLER degree from Rutgers University in Labor and Employment Relations between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Management (Public Administration) degree from Nanjing University in Labor and Social Security between 2006 and 2010.
