Mona Forsman

Mona Forsman's work experience begins with their current role as the Head of R&D at Adlede since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Codemill from December 2018 to October 2019 as a Developer, and later as a Team Leader from May 2019 to August 2021. Mona also has experience as a Team Leader and data scientist at Adlede from October 2019 to March 2021.

Mona'searlier work experience includes being a PhD Student at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences from April 2011 to October 2018, a Projektassistent and Master Thesis student at Umeå University from February 2010 to March 2011 and September 2009 to February 2010 respectively.

Mona also has the experience of being a Kvalitetsamanuens, teknisk fysik at Umeå University from August 2007 to July 2008. Furthermore, they briefly worked as an employee at Ahlstens Bygg AB from June 2007 to July 2007.

Mona has previous military experience as well, serving as a Lt in the Swedish Armed Forces from June 2002 to August 2005, and as an Instructor for the Swedish Army from December 1998 to July 2000, where they taught and managed field hospital systems.

Mona Forsman's education history begins with their time at Västermalms skola from 1994 to 1997. Mona then attended Arméns Tekniska Skola from 1997 to 2003. During this period, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. From 2000 to 2002, they enrolled in Militärhögskolan, where they focused on leadership, electronics, pedagogy, and tactics. Moving forward, Forsman pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Physics at Umeå University from 2005 to 2010. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Forest Remote Sensing from SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, completing their studies from 2011 to 2018.
