Hadley Shearer is an experienced Evaluation Researcher at ADM Associates, focusing on environmental and low-income programs. Previous roles include Research Coordinator at California State University San Marcos, where Hadley led a study on perceptions and behaviors surrounding tobacco and cannabis waste, and Research Assistant in the CSUSM Social and Affective Psychophysiology Lab, investigating mindfulness and pro-social behaviors. Prior experience also includes serving as Assistant Center Director at Mathnasium and a Pathmaker Intern at Palomar Health, assisting in various patient care tasks. Hadley holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California State University San Marcos and an Associate's degree in Biology from Palomar College, alongside a high school diploma from Mission Vista High School.
