Elena Coppola

Elena Coppola is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at adm Group since August 2024. Prior to this role, Elena was the Head of Human Resources for OTR Global and BWG Strategy LLC, overseeing HR functions during OTR Global's acquisition by BWG in March 2023. Elena has also held significant HR positions at Bank of Ireland, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Citigroup Asset Management, International Paper, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where responsibilities included talent management, employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development.
