Charolette O'Neal has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Charolette began their career as a Human Resources Representative at Manpower Temporary Services in 1985 and worked there for ten years. In 1995, they joined Schneider Electric, formerly known as TAC, Invensys, Siebe Environmental Controls, and Barber-Colman. There, they served as a Marketing Programs Specialist & Office Manager, as well as an HR Generalist for over two decades until 2016. Following this, they joined General Mills as an HR/Executive Staff Assistant for one year. Currently, Charolette O'Neal is an HR Specialist and Learning & Development Lead Administrator at Rakuten Americas, a role they have held since 2018.

Charolette O'Neal attended Harlem High School, where they studied in the field of G. Charolette has also obtained a CPR/AED certification from Heart Solutions in November 2015 and a Six Sigma GreenBelt Certification in 1997.
