Lauri Leppäniemi

Lauri Leppäniemi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic development and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Development at ADMARES since January 2024, Lauri previously worked as a Consultant in the Private Equity Group at Bain & Company from April 2023 to January 2024, after a stint as a Summer Associate there in mid-2022. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at ADMARES from July 2019 to July 2021 and Consultant, Entrepreneur, and Co-Founder at Leppäniemi Investment Management Oy during the same period. Lauri's foundation in corporate finance was built through various roles at KPMG Finland from May 2016 to August 2018, including Assistant Manager and Analyst positions. Educational accomplishments include an MBA from IESE Business School and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Turku School of Economics, complemented by exchange studies at the University of Bern.
