Joe Mogelnicki

Joe Mogelnicki is currently the Implementation Manager at AdminaHealth. Prior to that, they spent over 23 years at The Walt Disney Company, where they were the Associate Director of Business Platforms Support. In that role, they directed the operational and level-2 product support organization for customized media industry business applications across multiple internal operational organizations, application platforms, technologies and database management systems. Joe was also responsible for managing a support organization that was responsible for knowing both the business and technical details of a highly integrated media sales, scheduling, inventory management and billing system.

Joe is a customer focused leader who is dedicated to overall customer satisfaction through business and technical collaboration, application knowledge, support processes, issue/problem management, incident tracking and reporting and continual improvement to address customer incidents by providing both short- and long-term solutions to minimize application interruptions and downtime. Joe has driven the planning, design, and execution of projects to automate manual support processes to monitor application health, processing manual data loads, nightly job processing and job failure reporting. Joe has also transformed a Level 1 into a Level 2 support organization by broadening support organization scope and responsibilities. In addition, they have developed, maintained and adhered to SOX audit standards for production application code releases.

Joe Mogelnicki is a graduate of Roger Williams University.
