Aki Oinaanoja

Aki Oinaanoja has experience in various roles within the customer service and ticketing industry, including working as a Customer Success Manager at Admincontrol Finland and as a Box Office Frontline Staff Supervisor at Amalie Arena. Aki started their career as a Ticket Office Intern at Tampa Bay Lightning and later transitioned to a Graduate Assistant role at University of Tampa. Aki holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Averett University.
