Alicja Miłuńska has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Alicja began their career as a CATI interviewer at SMG/KRC Poland Millward Brown in 2000 and then worked as a recruiter of respondents to qualitative surveys at EEI Market Research from 2001 to 2003. Alicja then transitioned to a sales manager role at eo Networks ASP from 2003 to 2005 before becoming a project manager at Interactive Marketing Partners, CR Media S.A. group in 2005.

In 2006, Miłuńska joined MRM//McCann as an account manager, where they were responsible for planning and implementing brand activities in digital ecosystems. Alicja managed website production and client service teams, working with clients in various industries such as retail, FMCG, aviation, and services.

From 2009 to 2018, Miłuńska worked at 180heartbeats + JUNG v. Matt, a creative agency, where they held positions including senior account manager, account director, group account director, and business director. During their time there, the agency won numerous awards for their work with local and international brands.

In 2019, Miłuńska joined BRAND NEW GALAXY as a digital business director, responsible for the daily management of the business operations and supervision of various departments. In 2020, they were promoted to managing director at Spacecamp, a company within the BNG group, where they were responsible for organization management, financial reporting, and coordinating the new business team.

Recently, Miłuńska has been working as an independent consultant and will soon be joining Admind Branding & Communications as the head of growth in 2023. Overall, their experience showcases their expertise in business operations, project management, client service, and strategic planning within the marketing and technology industry.

Alicja Miłuńska began their education in 2000 at Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie, where they studied Sociology until 2005. In 2006, they attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics for brand management, completing their studies in 2007. Most recently, in 2023, Alicja enrolled in Francuski Instytut Zarządzania to pursue an Executive MBA degree.
