Kimberly S. Weiss is a seasoned attorney and educator with extensive experience in immigration law, small business and nonprofit incorporation, real estate transactions, guardianship, wills and trusts, and travel law. As the Managing Attorney and Owner of The Spagui Law Firm since September 2009, Kimberly also engages in community outreach and public education. Additionally, Kimberly serves as a Pro Bono Attorney for Administer Justice, focusing on immigration matters for victims of domestic violence and abuse, and is a Bilingual Education Teacher in Spanish at Lake Forest School Districts 67 & 115 since August 2015. Kimberly has previously contributed to BENNU Legal and the Inter-American Center for Human Rights, and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University.
