Thomas Spitzhütl has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas started their career as a Trainee at HTM Hotel & Tourismus Management Gmbh in 2014. Thomas then worked at Land Niederösterreich in the Abteilung Wirtschaft, Tourismus und Technologie for a short period. In 2011, they joined SKN St. Pölten, where they held the position of Leitung Social Media & Merchandising. During their time at SKN St. Pölten, they successfully implemented brand strategies, managed the FAN shop, and led the social media team. Thomas achieved significant growth in revenue during their tenure. In 2013, Thomas briefly worked as a Projektmanager at amadors Event GmbH. Since 2014, they have been working at ADMIRAL-Gruppe, where they currently serve as the Head Of Marketing Operations. Their responsibilities include managing marketing operations for over 200 ADMIRAL Shops & Outlets, Sportsbars & 3rd Party operators in Austria. Thomas has also been involved in the development and diversification of the brand "ADMIRAL" and corporate design implementation.
Thomas Spitzhütl obtained their Matura degree in Marketing from Höhere Lehranstalt für Tourismus und Marketing in 2010. Thomas then pursued their Bachelor of Arts in Business (BA.) in Medienmanagement from Fachhochschule St Pölten from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they obtained a certification for their Bachelor of Arts in Business (BA) from Fachhochschule St Pölten. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they completed a Master's degree in Unternehmensführung für KMU from IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences.
