Rhys Pearce

Rhys Pearce has extensive experience in claims management, holding the position of Head of Claims, Operations, and Underwriting at Elephant Insurance since January 2018. Under Rhys Pearce’s leadership, the company significantly reduced labour and expenses from 13% to 7% of net income while enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, Rhys Pearce served in various roles at Admiral Group Plc since August 1997, including Function Head for Bodily Injury and Telematic Claims, where improvements in adjuster skills and in-house litigation led to over £2 million in annual savings. Other roles included Operations Manager for Bodily Injury Claims, Accidental Damage Claims, and Team Manager for Bodily Injury, where a focus on cost control and analytical models optimized claims handling processes. Rhys Pearce holds a degree from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
