Rob Bilotta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rob started their career in 2009 as a Sales Associate at Sears, Roebuck and Co., where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they joined Best Buy as a Customer Service Agent and remained there until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Rob worked as an Account Associate at McGowan Risk Specialists. In 2018, they joined Admiral Insurance Group (a Berkley Company) and held multiple positions including Financial Operations Specialist, Financial Analyst and SOX Business Compliance Coordinator, Compliance Manager and SOX Business Compliance Coordinator, and currently, they serve as the Director of Compliance.

Rob Bilotta earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Statistics from Rutgers University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Associate in Regulation and Compliance (ARC) from The Institutes in September 2022.
