Robert Morgan

Robert Morgan has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Robert has held various leadership roles in technology and operations.

From 1998 to present, Robert worked at Admiral Insurance Group (a Berkley Company) where they served as the SVP & Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Business Analysts, and Vice President of Information Technology. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for technology initiatives. Robert also coordinated technology activities with parent and sister companies.

Prior to joining Admiral Insurance Group, Robert worked at General Accident Insurance Company from 1994 to 1998, where they were the Team Leader - Operations Commercial Systems Support. Here, they managed the support, maintenance, and enhancement of commercial lines PC-based rating and policy production systems.

Before that, Robert worked at CIGNA from 1989 to 1994. Robert held roles such as Business Analyst, Team Leader - Education Insurance Services, and Property & Casualty Underwriter. In these roles, they managed underwriting and policy production services, maintained a book of business, and promoted company products to producers.

Robert Morgan attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General. In addition, they obtained the certification of Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in June 2018. Moreover, they earned the Master Insurance Business Analyst (MIBA) certification from THE CIOP INSTITUTE in August 2015.
