Tim Niven

Tim Niven has over 28 years of work experience in various finance roles. Tim is currently the Head of Finance at Adnams. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Finance and Commercial at Wincanton from December 2019 to January 2021. From January 2015 to December 2019, Tim worked as the Financial Controller at Abellio Greater Anglia. Tim also held positions such as Head of Finance at DHL Freight UK, Financial Controller at DHL Freight UK Connect, and Head of Finance at DHL Container Logistics UK. Tim began their career at Securicor Omega Logistics Limited as a Financial Accountant and later became the Financial Controller. Tim started their professional journey at Pope Batty & Co (Chartered Accountants) and grew to the position of Audit Senior/Manager.

Tim Niven attended Nottingham Trent University from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography. Prior to that, they attended St Joseph's College School, Ipswich, from 1984 to 1989. Tim's educational journey began at Ixworth Middle School, where they studied from 1980 to 1984.
