Rami Abbas

Rami Abbas currently serves as Assistant Manager in the Upstream Energy division of Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rami held positions at IGI - International General Insurance Co. Ltd., first as Deputy Underwriter for Upstream Energy from February 2022 to June 2022, and earlier as Underwriting Assistant in the Offshore Energy Department from November 2010 to June 2017. Rami's career also includes a role as Underwriting & Claims Assistant for Marine at Arab Life & Accidents Insurance from February 2010 to November 2010. Rami possesses extensive expertise in offshore operational packages, offshore construction, and various insurance-related fields. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Actuarial Sciences from Al-Al Bait University, ongoing studies at the London Oil & Gas School, and a Certificate in Insurance from The Chartered Insurance Institute.
