Marwa Khairalla's work experience consists of various roles in different companies. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an Assistant HR Consultant at Ma Foi, followed by a temporary placement as a Marketing Coordinator at Avaya. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi, first as a Strategic Planning Coordinator and then as a Program/Project Manager. In 2012, they briefly served as a Recruitment Manager at Abu Dhabi Airport Company. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist & HR Advisor at Abu Dhabi University. Marwa then joined Knowledge Group LLC in 2015 and held positions as an HR Specialist, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Manager until 2019. Currently, they are employed at ADNOC Group, starting in 2019. Marwa'sroles at ADNOC include Senior Specialist for Leadership Development and later being promoted to Head of Leadership & Potential Learning Delivery.

Marwa Khairalla holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, specializing in Organization Behavior, Leadership, and Change Management. Marwa also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah. In addition to their formal education, Marwa has obtained various certifications in areas such as job description writing, job evaluation, risk management, child nutrition and cooking, nutrition, health, and lifestyle, assessment center management, competency-based interviewing, project management, and competence in occupational testing.
