Yassar Goraya

Yassar Goraya is a Senior Geophysicist with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently working with ADNOC Group since August 2010, overseeing all geophysical activities in the ZAKUM field. Prior to this role, Yassar served as a Geoscience Analyst at Dubai Petroleum from July 2007 to August 2010, focusing on geophysical activities. Yassar began a career as a Geoscientist at Landmark Consultant, gaining valuable experience over ten years across various international projects, including five years with Anadarko/Sonatrach in Algeria and positions with BP and Shell in the UK and Saudi Arabia. Yassar holds an MSc in Geophysics from Quaid-e-Azam University, completed in 1997.
