Thomas has a background in engineering and computer technology, holding a degree in Eidg. dipl. el. Ing. HTL, Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik, Computertechnik from HSR and a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieur FH, Unternehmensführung from WISS Schulen für Wirtschaft Informatik Immobilien.
