Allison S. is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in design systems and product design. Currently serving as the Director of Design for the Spectrum Design System at Adobe since January 2024, Allison previously held various leadership roles at Zendesk, including Director of Design Systems and Senior Manager of Design Systems. Notably, Allison created a workshop on accessible digital product design for Rethink and contributed to significant projects at Thumbtack and Twitter, focusing on user experience and engagement. With a Master of Fine Arts in Interaction Design from the School of Visual Arts and a BA in Graphic Design from American University, Allison possesses a strong foundation in both design and business.
