Christa Cole is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property and advertising law. Currently serving as Sr. Counsel IP & Advertising at Adobe since September 2025, Cole has previously held the position of IP Counsel at Mayer Brown and provided legal guidance on brand enforcement and protection in the food and beverage and consumer packaged goods sectors. Prior to that, the role of Assistant General Counsel Brand IP and Managing Counsel, Intellectual Property was fulfilled at Nestlé from 2008 to March 2024.
