Jean-Michel Pittet

Jean-Michel Pittet is the VP of Engineering at Adobe Systems. Jean-Michel has also previously worked as an engineering manager at Silicon Graphics, where they were responsible for business and technical tradeoffs on code changes for IRIX, SGI's operating system. At Silicon Graphics, they also led the development of the Address Resolution Protocol (HARP) in the IRIX Kernel for next-generation HIPPI and GSN adapters, authoring two IETF RFC's in the process. Jean-Michel was also responsible for SGI's ATM software release, leading the load and stress testing of Origin 2000 server series.

Jean-Michel Pittet has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Dipl Info Ing (MSc) in Computer Science Engineering from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Jean-Michel also has a Dipl Inf (BSc) from ETH Zürich.
