Phil Starrett

Phil Starrett is a technology executive with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives and driving innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as CTO and Strategy Lead at Adobe since November 2020, Phil focuses on supporting Vision2030 in Saudi Arabia and enhancing technology strategies across the MENA region. Phil has held significant roles, including CTO at HSBC and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Phil led teams in optimizing costs and transforming customer experiences through disruptive technologies. With a background in enterprise architecture and delivery management from organizations such as Barclays Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland, Phil has a proven track record in driving efficiencies, leveraging modern technologies, and enhancing organizational capabilities. Phil holds an MSc in Strategic Information Systems from the University of Strathclyde.
