Serena Barnett

Serena Barnett has extensive experience in employee relations, having served as Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Employee Relations at Adobe from December 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, Serena held significant roles at Columbia University in the City of New York, including Director of Training and Education in the Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action and Title IX Investigator in Student Conduct & Community Standards from September 2014 to May 2019. Serena began a legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney's Office from September 2008 to September 2014. Serena earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from UC Irvine.
