Olivia F.

Olivia F. is currently an intern at PEN Center USA, where they are conducting research and advocacy on free expression issues. Prior to this, they were the Editor in Chief of Lithium Magazine from 2015-2017, where they founded the magazine and oversaw a team of 15 editors and 150+ writers. From 2017-2020, they held the roles of Editor in Chief, Executive Editor, and Teen Editor-in-Chief at Adolescent, where they supervised a team of 150 Gen-Z writers and 10 editors, copyedited, scheduled, and published 12 pieces per week, and assembled a list of essay ideas inspired by similar publications every week. Most recently, in 2020, they were a consultant at The Marriage Pact, where they worked with company leadership to make a Columbia-specific chapter of Marriage Pact and put together and advertised a survey taken by 2,000 students.

Olivia F. is currently attending Columbia University, where they are studying Creative Writing and Political Science. Olivia began their studies in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2023.
