Greg Orekhov, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and research. Greg is currently working as a Senior Systems R&D Engineer at Adona Medical since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at BIOMOTUM, Inc. as a Systems and Manufacturing Engineer from May 2020 to December 2022, where they contributed to the development of a lightweight ankle exoskeleton for individuals with neuromuscular impairments.

Greg also served as a Doctoral Researcher at Northern Arizona University from August 2018 to May 2022, focusing on their research in the field. Greg previously held positions at California Polytechnic State University as an Engineering and Mathematics Tutor from September 2015 to June 2018, where they provided tutoring services to engineering students, and as a Graduate Student Researcher from August 2014 to June 2018, conducting research on hip and knee biomechanics in amputees.

Additionally, Greg gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Stanford University from June 2015 to September 2015, where they worked on projects related to sub-retinal prostheses and developed surgical tools and methods for ocular prostheses implantation.

Greg Orekhov, Ph.D. completed their education at Northern Arizona University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, graduating between 2013 and 2018.
